Hear report from Interim City Manager on status of acquisition of the amphitheater property

SUMMARY:
The Interim City Manager reports on the purchase of the amphitheater property that the City Attorney has contacted Mr. Boston regarding the transaction. He informed him that he will convey by quitclaim deed whatever strip of the property is necessary to clean up the boundary between his property and the County property behind the amphitheater, which will then enable the County to deed it to the City. Mr. Boston is meeting with the surveyor on July 22, who has completed the field work, and will review the survey map. The closing with the City can occur once the surveyor prepares his new description of the property, the plat is approved by the Crossville Regional Planning Commission and Mr. Boston conveys whatever may be necessary to the County.
