Approval of Contracts for Utility Relocations on the Safe Routes to Schools Project.

SUMMARY: TDOT is requiring utility relocation contracts for the Safe Routes to School Project (sidewalks) on Myrtle Avenue and Fourth Street. The attached contracts are the same basic contracts used on the Downtown Project.  This should be the last step in being able to bid the project.
