Discussion and action on resolution regarding hotel/motel occupancy tax

SUMMARY: Council member Wyatt will lead a discussion about sending a resolution to the Tennessee General Assembly requesting to instate a 3% tax on hotel/motel occupancies to be earmarked for tourism and economic development. All revenue from this tax would be placed in a separate line item and all expenditures would be approved by City Council.
