Approval of Change Order for City Hall Roof

SUMMARY: It has been discovered that a portion of the built-up roof has previously been removed which leads to more waste, additional labor and material for that portion of the roof. This was not known or covered in the original bid. The Contractor has agreed to honor is bid price in accordance with the attached change order that states the City will provide for the transport and disposal of all waste and an additional 30 days added to their contract time. The Director of Engineering recommends the approval of the change order.
