SUMMARY: Sealed bids were received March 17, 2022 for the replacement of PAPI lights on Runway 26. Two bids were received and staff recommends accepting the low bid from Stansell Electric Company, Inc. in the amount of $89,605. This acceptance is contingent upon grant approval from TDOT Aeronautics.
