SUMMARY: TAP Publishing/Cosby Harrison Company, LLC desires to donate to the City of Crossville two parcels, Tax Map 113B-G-13.00 & 14.00.  The owners will provide a quitclaim deed if accepted.

There is a 5 ft. strip of land between the two parcels that has been turned over to the Clerk & Master for back taxes.  The Clerk & Master advised it will be two years before the property will be sold.
