SUMMARY: Eleven bids were received for the demolition of the Inn of the Cumberlands. The low bidder was Adkins Demolition with a price of $88,888.88. Codes Supervisor Jeff Kerley has reviewed all the bids and documentation and recommends Adkins Demolition be awarded the bid contract.
