Approval of Change Order #1 - Landfill Pump Station Renovation

SUMMARY:
It is recommended by the engineers that a change order in the amount of $9,570 be approved on the landfill pump station renovation project to:
• relocate the generator pad to allow for access to the by-pass pump connection,
• add a manhole and air relief valve on the new force main pipe, and
• install a new backflow preventer and copper piping to the water line inside the pump station
The funds will be 100% City as the loan/grant for this project and the I/I portion have already been committed.
