Discussion on light pole replacement at Warner Complex

SUMMARY:
Councilmember Souza has requested recommendations from Tammie French on what is needed for lighting Warner Complex and Tim Begley on the electrical requirements. With that information, he would like the Council to be polled as to whether or not to proceed to replace the poles or cancel the project. A Request for Proposals has been prepared.
