SUMMARY:

At the January 8^th meeting, Council set the local match at 25% and request for a 75% grant.  However, in re-reading the application instructions and requirements, a minimum 50% match is required.

BUDGET ACCOUNT:  Not applicable for application process.  If awarded, to be budgeted in FY2013-14.
