Ordinance amending ยง8-304 regarding intoxicating liquors

SUMMARY:
When the original ordinance was adopted for retail liquor stores, the restrictions on buildings and the locations of retail stores was copied from Tennessee Code Annotated. Since that time, the State has made some changes. This ordinance will update the City's Code with these changes. The main change is that it allows an additional public entrance if the store is located on the corner of two public streets.
