SUMMARY: With the release of the Letter of Credit for roads for phase 8 plat 2 of The Gardens, the developer is required to post a Letter of Credit for the construction of a cul-de-sac. City staff has calculated the approximate cost of construction for a cul-de-sac for phase 8 plat 2. The estimate is attached.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends acceptance of the LOC for the amount stated on the estimate.
