Title
Approval of Residential Street Lighting Policy and acceptance of existing decorative streetlights on Goose Pointe Circle with contingencies

Body
SUMMARY:
The City has used the first two sections of the attached policy for several years as an unwritten policy.
The decorative street lights on Goose Pointe Circle predate any decorative street lighting policy and the City was not contacted by the Developer to take over the lights and or pay the electric bill for the street lights. The locations of the street lights are shown on the attached map as a blue triangle and the locations as a whole, match the policy. The Goose Point Circle lights, as shown in the attached photo, are not a VEC standard decorative street light.
A resident of Goose Point Circle has requested that the City take over the lighting system.
