SUMMARY: The developer is proposing a revision to a previously approved duplex housing site plan. The original site plan required a fire hydrant to be relocated due to the proposed alignment of the driveway. The developer has since shifted the proposed driveway and changed the size of some of the duplex housing units. The new site plan no longer requires the fire hydrant to be relocated. With the changes to the driveway and the size of the housing units, the total number of units has been reduced to 29 instead of 30.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the approval of the site plan.

NECESSARY PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: Two Motions: First, rescind the approval of the previous site plan for this property that was approved on Feb 19, 2026. Second, approve the new site plan.
