SUMMARY: The developer is proposing a townhome multi-family development along Old Mail Road. They are proposing eight units with a private drive and private water and sewer. The private drive includes a cul-de-sac to provide an adequate turnaround area. There is an existing fire hydrant located within 500 feet of all units. Stormwater calculations have not been performed at this time.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the site plan contingent upon any required storm water permits.
