SUMMARY: Mr. Rutherford is proposing leadership training for key staff members. The training will be conducted by Eric Benson and will help the leadership team further develop their skills in support of our organizational development efforts:
1) Dealing with change
2) Process improvement
3) Time management, delegation, & project management
4) Communication, listening, & feedback
The training was approved in the budget and staff is ready to move forward with contracting with Mr. Benson.
