Discussion and action on Quitclaim Deed from the City to the Industrial Development Board

SUMMARY: The City has been contacted by the CoLinx property owners’ legal counsel and been informed that the property originally conveyed in 1996 for the CoLinx property had an error in the legal description, creating a 30’ gore. The quitclaim deed corrects the gore between two tracts conveyed by the City to the IDB.
