SUMMARY: Plateau Pregnancy, which is located at the corner of Miracle Lane and Walker Hill Street, is wishing to remove the two existing “temporary” structures, and build a warehouse in their place. The new structure will be 2,448 square feet. There will be no need for a new driveway or water and sewer connections.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the site plan.
