SUMMARY:
The term of Joe Reynolds has expired on the Cumberland County Board of Equalization. In the past, all the appointments were made by the Cumberland County Assessor of Property. However, T.C.A. provides that the City of Crossville is entitled to make an appointment to the Board. Mr. Reynolds has served for many years of the Board and has agreed to be re-appointed. Mr. Reynolds lives in the City of Crossville. In addition, Linda Baehr-Caldwell serves on the board and lives in the City.
