SUMMARY:
It is recommended that the low bid submitted by Hayes Pipe Supply be accepted for the purchase of plastic pipe. The assessment on the low bid is based on the price of the pipe since bands are rarely purchased. It is also recommended that The Feed Store be listed as an alternate source for purchasing. The Feed Store is a local company that will be able to provide material in an emergency situation.
