SUMMARY: The City has received Surface Transportation Block Grant funding for section 3 of the Northwest Connector project; however, the project exceeded the contract amount of $715,799 and an amendment was requested to receive additional STBG funding for the reimbursement of Right of Way costs. The amendment increases the amount of the ROW phase to $1,257,672, with the local match being 20%.
