The CoLinx project funding through the FastTrack grant is complete.  Approval of the final change order in the deduct amount of $265,637.03 is requested.  The change order includes both Schedule I (City/Fast Track portion) and Schedule II (Company's portion).  The deduct amount of the City's portion is $20,007.33.
