SUMMARY: VEC has proposed converting the street lights to LED in a 6.5 year time period at a cost of $100,000 per year. This would be a conversion of roughly 1500 lights.
VEC has also proposed providing the lights and poles in the downtown project at a cost of $5,800 each.
