The merchants in the Hwy. 70E and Stanley St. area are planning their second festival for Friday, September 8.  They request temporary street closings:

•                     E. Stanley St. from Main St. to Webb Ave.

•                     East Street from Stanley to E. 1^st St.

The block party will be from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.
