SUMMARY: TDOT will be re-constructing the bridge over I-40 at the Genesis Road interchange. They request that the City enter into a cooperation agreement for the project.

NECESSARY COUNCIL ACTION: Approve resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign the Proposal with the Tennessee Department of Transportation for the road improvement project.
