SUMMARY: John Conrad, on behalf of Friends of the Trails, gave a presentation at the September monthly work session. He updated the City Council on trail projects. He currently has many opportunities for several trails to be built, but his funding is low. Mr. Conrad is requesting additional funding in the amount of $30,000 for these projects. A budget amendment will be necessary.
