SUMMARY: The Leisure Services Department requests to accept RFP from Tonya Swallows to lease and operate the concession stand at Duer Soccer Complex. The contract to operate would be on a yearly basis with the option to renew.

NECESSARY COUNCIL ACTION: Approve/Accept RFP and begin lease pending City Manager/City Attorney approval of agreement.
