Matters relative to tennis courts

SUMMARY:
The City Manager, City Engineer, and other staff have looked at the condition of the tennis courts at Centennial Park. Costs estimates were received to renovate the two tennis courts at Centennial Park. The costs for resurfacing, including crack repair and pressure washing, would be $20,000. A more extensive rebuilding project would cost $90,000. The scopes of work for each option are attached. The City Manager recommends that the courts be reconstructed an estimated cost of $90,000.
BUDGET ACCOUNT: Budget amendment required.
