SUMMARY:
Mayor Pro-Tem Harris would like to discuss allowing John Conrad and his volunteers to possibly go ahead and do some rough-in work on the trail expansion efforts. She is not talking about spending any funds for equipment or anything at this point, but rather just permitting them to perform some volunteer rough-in efforts.
