SUMMARY:  Because of the unanticipated TDOT requirements that required changes in the installation of a portion of the sewer line for the project and the unusually wet weather, an extension of 30 calendar days is requested for approval.  The new completion date will be August 3.  There is no change in the costs.

BUDGET ACCOUNT:  Not applicable.
