Discussion and action on Security Plan for airport

SUMMARY:
Councilmember Souza will be recommending that the City Manager be directed to develop and bring to a security plan to Council for approval. The Plan would cover the airport 24/7 to included, but not limited to, maintaining records of all outbound flights and inbound flights complete with tail numbers, maintaining records of all aircraft located at the airport, implementation of 24 hour surveillance.
