SUMMARY: The veteran organizations in Cumberland County would like to conduct a parade on Main Street and a rally at the courthouse beginning at 10:00 a.m. on November 10 to observe Veterans Day, which is Sunday, November 11. They request Main Street to be closed from First Street to Livingston Road from 9:00 a.m. until the conclusion of the parade. They also request that Main Street remain closed in front of the courthouse until the rally is concluded. Further, they request Thurman Ave. and Rector Streets be closed between First Street and Fourth Street from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. to provide a staging area.
