SUMMARY: On July 9, 2019, the Crossville City Council approved filing application, receiving and administering funds on behalf of JECDB for the Three Star grant. The State of Tennessee is requesting approval of the attached contract. It is a 100% grant for a two-cycle granting period, and application was made to create a comprehensive, regional marketing plan and branding for the community.
