SUMMARY:
In reviewing the Personnel Board ordinance, it became apparent that the qualifications for service needed amendment to prevent potential conflicts of interest. This recommended change (shown highlighted on the attached ordinance) is no reflection on any current or past members of the Personnel Board and grandfathers any members currently serving that might have the conflict.
