Discussion regarding approval of Warner Field Turf bid

SUMMARY: Bids were received for conversion of Warner Complex infields to synthetic turf. The low bid was JHB Sports, LLC for $$813, 950. They offered an alternative bid for a full clay colored infield reducing the price $11,000 to a total of $802,950. We also would exercise another alternate to install flat panels in the drainage system raising the total to $810,200. No outside engineering will be required.
This is not a budget item and a budget item would be necessary.
