SUMMARY:

The Crossville Cruiser's are requesting permission to have Main Street and adjoining streets downtown for monthly cruise-ins on the 4^th Saturday of each month from April - October, 2013.  The time would be from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m.  If approved, we recommend that it be contingent on availability due to the potential downtown project.  

A separate request for the 4^th Saturday in May is on the agenda for a benefit for St. Jude's Children's Hospital that would create a conflict.  A separate request from Plateau Pregnancy for August 10 is on the agenda, which is two weeks earlier than their August requested date.

All events for street closings do require support from the Police Department and the Street Department.
