Update on the Cantrell Division Plat that is being held, Mr. Cantrell has contacted the City in regard to the severing of an existing water line. City Staff has visited the site and can now sign off and record the plat, however, they are attempting to revise the ingress-egress and would like the City to hold off on recording the plat for 2 weeks. A letter from their engineer is attached.
