SUMMARY: A property owner on Ernest Neal Road is requesting a 1200-foot extension of the 2-inch water line on that road. They are proposing to do the installation or have the installation performed and will be providing a financial guarantee to the City of Crossville in the amount of the estimate, which was calculated by the Catoosa Water Department. The cost estimate, in the amount of $11,625.00, and a map is attached.

COUNCIL ACTION: Recommend approval of the water extension upon receipt of the financial guarantee and all approved plans.
