SUMMARY: For planning purposes, development of the Airport Layout Plan relies heavily on determining an airport’s existing critical aircraft, which is defined as the most demanding aircraft that uses the airport. Determination of the critical aircraft is accomplished by counting aircraft operations. Staff recommends approval of the attached contract for the services related to the Operations Data Counter in the amount of $56,960 contingent upon grant approval. The contract includes the cost of the software.
