SUMMARY: Developers are proposing an AutoZone to be located along Interstate Drive, behind the Aspen Dental and T-Mobile location. The proposed building is 6,815 square feet. There are two proposed driveway locations, which may require TDOT permitting. There are two proposed utility connections located on the southwestern property corner for water and sewer. A short private service line will be required for the sewer connection to the existing low-pressure sewer line located on the adjacent property. Proper easements for the private sewer line are existing, as provided on a recorded plat.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends approval of the site plan contingent upon any required TDOT driveway permits.
