Matters relative to manning levels of maintenance

SUMMARY:
Councilman Souza will lead a discussion to emphasize to the Council that maintenance and other sections cannot continue at their present numbers and do as good a job as they have in the past. As the City takes on more city growth, they have to travel farther, and are tasked with more jobs (Snodgrass building, for example). We have to provide for more people in terms of money and we need to access the needs now before the onset of budget talks.
