SUMMARY:
Area of Refuge - A proposal has been received from Security Equipment in the amount of $5,900 to provide the telephone and access system for the areas of refuge in the stairwells of the new building, as required by the Fire Marshall. It is recommended that this be approved. The contract will be directly with the City and not through the general contractor.
