Approval of Request for Proposal for Avigation Easement Appraisals

SUMMARY: Requests for Proposals were solicited from TDOT approved appraisers to provide appraisal reports in relation to the Obstruction Clearing project for the airport. Staff has reviewed the proposals and recommends approving proposals received from JLL Valuation Advisory for formal appraisals and The Miller Company for review appraisals. The appraisals will be paid for by a grant from TDOT Aeronautics.
