Ordinance amending §1-102 of the Crossville Municipal Code

SUMMARY:

Based on the discussions at the December meeting, the attached ordinance is proposed to accurately reflect the Order of Business that we are now using.  The wording has been changed from Grievances from Citizens to Public Comment in the hopes that it would not discourage positive comments.  It is placed at the end of the agenda with the idea that citizens may have already commented on items as they are discussed in the regular agenda.  This time would be to address issues not already on the agenda.
