Approval of reallocation of funds for Depot

SUMMARY: City Council approved a budget amendment for the Depot in the amount of $60,297 with the final reading on November 7, 2017. This amendment went into the Palace budget because the Finance Department wasn’t sure if a new department was to be set up. After the ordinance went through the three readings, the Finance Department then set up a new department for the Depot. The Finance Department is requesting to move the budget amendment from the Palace budget to the Depot budget.
