SUMMARY: Mr. David Kerr with GPM has requested a sidewalk from the corner of Genesis Road on Webb Avenue to the intersection of Chestnut Street. Mr. Kerr's letter and a drawing showing the proposed sidewalk is attached.
The estimated cost of the materials is approximately $11,000. City staff has discussed the sidewalk with the owner of the Family Ties property and he requested that the sidewalk be lowered beside his property so that cars can enter the parking lot from any location on the street.
