Approval to repair Palace Theatre Wall

SUMMARY: The Engineering Department has contacted numerous general contractors to perform the repairs to the knee wall at the Palace Theatre. Midwest Maintenance Inc. is the only company that has provided a price. This is the same company that provided the masonry waterproofing a few years ago. The proposal from MMI is attached at an amount of $45,103.00.
After the wall is repaired, the City will need to hire a contractor to repair or replace the roof.
