Discussion and action on leak protection program

SUMMARY: If a customer has a leak, the protection program pays the difference between the customer’s average monthly water bill and the qualifying water leak bill amount up to the customer’s service limit amount. The Council will discuss the options which includes a proposal from Water Leak Relief, Inc.
