SUMMARY:
A request has been received from Emalee Breeding for temporary street closures for a silent walk entitled “Walk For Freedom” on October 14 from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The cost for this event from the Street Department is estimated to be $250 and Miss Breeding is willing to pay the costs.
There is already a street closure approved on October 14 for the Scarecrow Festival from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
