SUMMARY: Dr. Clark is proposing a 7,000 square foot office building with 33 parking spaces and a single driveway to Lantana Road, a state highway. They are proposing a water connection to the West Adams Street side and a proposed sewer connection to the Lantana Road side. They are showing three potential locations for storm water structures, more than likely only one or maybe two will be needed when final calculations are done by their engineer.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the site plan contingent upon any required TDOT driveway permit or storm water permits.
